No Refund Policy (With Exceptions)

Effective Date: 1st January 2025

At Mantan Business Solutions, we invest time and resources into delivering quality services. As such, all sales are final, and refunds will not be issued once a service has commenced or been delivered.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

1. A service was not delivered as agreed due to an error on our part.

2. Technical issues or delays caused by Mantan Business Solutions.

Refund Process

• Submit a written request within 24hrs of the issue’s occurrence.

• Include supporting documents or evidence.

• Refunds, if approved, will be processed and credited within 3 working days.
